Delivery
Delivery in the South East of England is carried out on our own Fleet of Grabtrucks.com vehicles. Delivery anywhere else in the UK is carried out via a 2 day or next day pallet service provided by Palletways, the original pallet Network.
Our standard 2 day delivery service is free, delivery is guaranteed within 2 days for orders received before 2pm weekdays. We can also arrange Next day and Time specific deliveries at a small extra charge.

Time Slot Delivery

Please make sure that you have given us the correct daytime telephone number at the time of booking. We will then call you to let you know what day your stone will be delivered. If you need your delivery at a specific time we would suggest that you upgrade to our time slot delivery service.

Some things to remember about pallet deliveries:
- Deliveries are made between 8.30am to 5pm weekdays
- Delivery will not be made unless there is someone present to sign. If you cannot be present, arrangements can be made for the driver to obtain an alternative signature. Please include any instructions in the "delivery details" box at the time of booking. If the driver cannot obtain a signature and your goods are returned we can arrange redelivery at an extra charge.
- Deliveries are made via a kerbside vehicle with a tail lift. The offloading of your stone needs to be done on a flat, hard surface without an incline.
- Pallets are then moved using a pump truck. The driver will always do his best to drop your stone in a location you specify, but please remember they can't move the truck on Gravel, broken concrete, uneven paving or sloping ground.
